Property plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key detailing distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
